Belleville Waterfront Festival Parade,
Belleville. Immortality joined the parade to help launch the annual Waterfront Festival. The rain let up at the start of the parade but resumed as the parade made its' way through downtown. It certainly didn't dampen anyone's spirits and many people lined the streets.
